Why isn’t my offer code working?

Make sure the offer code is entered without spaces. Codes may also be case sensitive.

How secure is my credit card information?

This storefront uses GumRoad for all credit card transactions, which are secured by 128-bit encryption and processed with PCI Compliant service providers. Read more about safe buying through GumRoad here.

How are my items delivered?

All physical music and merchandise is shipped via USPS via First Class Mail or Priority Mail based on the size and weight of the order. Digital products are available immediately after purchase via email.

When can I expect my items?

Items are typically packaged and delivered to USPS for shipment within two business days of a completed order. Shipping time is dependent on a customer’s distance from South Florida, but rarely exceeds three business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Shipping is only available to the United States at checkout. Please use the contact form for inquiries regarding international orders.

Merchandise

Can I receive a personalized item such as an autographed t-shirt or CD?

Chloe is often available to autograph physical items listed on her storefront. Please send an inquiry via the contact form for more information and pricing.

Are there discounts for bulk orders?

Yes. Bulk orders are discussed on a case by case basis. Please use the contact form to submit an inquiry and include both the item in question and proposed quantity.
